Haha, I’m not too sure. I’m not too keen on trying to predict what happens. I have no doubt that it’ll be Luffy’s group to win it in the end though, whether it’s by official tournament rules or not. As to who is going to actually eat, I think/prefer it either be a new crewmate for them to just keep the fruit with them without letting anyone obtains its abilities. Moreso than that issue, I’m a lot more excited about who’s officially fighting (not just these small skirmishes we’re seeing) who this arc. I really want each Strawhat to finally have a real opponent again, (Fishman Island was a one-hit KO fest and Punk Hazard had amazing face-offs, but mostly involving other characters.) but I’m not too sure that’ll happen.

That’d be cool! But Robin and Nami don’t have to smoke cigarettes to be super tough in their own ways

Don’t think I entirely notice what you’re talking about. It depends on if you’re talking about the anime or manga. I actually love the way the straw hat is drawn in the manga nowachapters. In the anime, every aspect of art has been fucked up in a while, so I wouldn’t be able to say if it’s just the straw hat that they’ve ruined.

I actually haven’t watched it yet, haha, kind of hoping that a better HD version comes out soon.

My anticipation was and is still that it’ll be better story-wise than Strong World and on pair in terms of visuals. While the art and animation in Strong World was to die for, I thought it was more of a hyped, movie/visual spectacle than something featuring genuine Oda content. (It kind of felt like I was re-watching the Arlong Arc because Nami got kidnapped/betrayed and then Luffy beat the antagonist with a move involving an attack flying down from the sky.)
